Carol Bulmer first came to WSA through Morning Garden with her two toddler boys, then taught handwork here for more than a decade before moving into administration. She previously taught art and general education in metro Atlanta public schools and holds degrees from the University of Georgia, including a master's in educational psychology. Carol has been a knitter since age five, when her grandmother first taught her. She is a Georgia native, lives in Decatur, and rescues dogs.
