Spring Ultimate Frisbee for 5th graders and Middle School. No games. Gives 5th graders an idea of how the game is played so that they are ready for the fall season with competition.

PlayBall (Spring Session )

Grades 1-5

Tuesdays 3:00-4:15pm

Classes comprise warm-ups, basic sports skills and fun games. Positive coaching methods are used to develop life skills like independence, self-confidence, courage, discipline, concentration and listening skills, good sportsmanship, responsibility and social interaction.
