About Our School Curriculum Admissions Events Resources

The Waldorf School of Atlanta has begun a three-phase quest to build a permanent campus. The first phase was completed in 2002, with the purchase a 5-acre tract of land in Decatur, adjacent to our present grades classroom facility, and renovation of the existing house on that property. The school's property currently houses the school administrative offices on the upper level, and one of the school's four kindergarten classrooms on the lower level. It also includes a music rehearsal room, faculty lounge, and meeting areas.

This first phase represented a major milestone for the school and put it in position for the next two phases of the school's development. With the exception of the renovated house, the five acres of land that the school purchased is undeveloped and heavily wooded. That land is slated for development into the permanent school campus. Once completely developed the new campus will house Pre-K through Grade Eight.

To enable the school's development, a capital campaign has been launched. More information can be found by visiting our Giving page.
