The Community Chair works to ensure a healthy school environment for all through building relationships within, as well as outside the school community. The Community Chair brings the parent and wider community perspective to school leadership, decision making, evaluating and implementing community activities. Listening and responding to parent questions, concerns and perspective is an important component of the role; this perspective becomes part of the school's planning and decision process. The Community Chair helps to develop and promote community enrichment and works closely with the Development Director and Parent Coordinator. serves on the Board of Trustees, Executive Committee, Community Enrichment and Faculty Meetings.
